Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags attached & be in its original sale condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you need an exchange , send us an email at katwalkboutique1@bigpond.com explaining your requirements. We can not promise alternate sizes will remain available and if we can not satisfy these a store credit will be provided.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item and these costs are non-refundable. You may send along with the returned item, a stamped self addressed package for an exchange or receive store credit if an exchange is not required.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
